All requests for pavilion rentals must be made via Member Splash – see link at bottom of page
Requests will be processed in order of receipt. The Green Woods Club Board reserves the right to deny any request or to require additional payment for damages at its sole discretion. Rental blackout dates will include Club social events as well as Swim Team activities.
Conditions for pavilion rental are as follows:
- The renter must be an active Green Woods Club member. Prior to making the reservation, please make sure your account information is updated, including an updated photo. There will also be a waiver that needs to be signed.
- The reservation fee for 2026 is $200 for a 4 hour time block and includes up to 25 non-member guests for no additional fee. Please note that waivers will be required for all guests at check-in.
- The maximum pavilion capacity is 35 attendees total, with no more than 25 non-member guests permitted.
- Please note that your reservation time includes both setup and cleanup. The pavilion must be fully cleaned and vacated by the end of your reserved time, as another reservation may be scheduled immediately afterward.
- For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, children must be supervised at all times while in the pavilion area during your reservation. All tables and chairs must be returned to their original locations, and foosball equipment must be returned to the table before departure.
- Rough play, ball playing, climbing on tables, and banging or misuse of equipment are not permitted.
- If the grill is used during your reservation, it must be cleaned after use, and the surrounding area must be left clean and free of trash or food debris.
- The member renting the pool is personally responsible for the conduct of all attendees, for any personal or The Green Woods Club property damage, and for restoring the pavilion to pre-rental condition.
- All the Rules and Regulations of The Green Woods Club apply. The rules are enforced by the pool staff and management at the direction of the Board.
